After careful consideration, I have decided to transition fully to a membership-based practice, and will no longer be offering as-needed visits or standalone annual exams (THIS DOES NOT PERTAIN TO FAA EXAMS).

This change allows me to practice medicine in a more consistent, proactive, and sustainable way, and to provide the level of attention and continuity that patients increasingly expect.

What This Means

    •    As of 2026, care in my practice will be available by membership only

    •    Individual visits and annual exams outside of membership will no longer be offered

    •    Existing patients are welcome to transition into membership if they wish to continue care with me.

Membership Overview

Membership provides:

    •    Comprehensive annual examination.

    •    Ongoing access and care throughout the year.

    •    A longitudinal relationship focused on prevention, clarity, and thoughtful decision-making.

 

If you choose not to continue care with me under this model, I will of course assist with a smooth transition, including records transfer and guidance as needed.

I’m grateful for the opportunity to have cared for you and appreciate your understanding as I make this change to ensure the long-term sustainability and quality of my practice.
